1. Use of Our Website
You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Interfere with or disrupt our website’s security, functionality, or content.
• Use our content, logos, or trademarks without permission.
We reserve the right to deny access to anyone who violates these Terms.
2. Services & Purchases
Our website provides information about our online and in-person services and allows the purchase of products. By purchasing or booking services, you agree that:
• Payment is required at the time of purchase, processed securely through third-party payment providers.
• Refunds and cancellations are subject to our refund policy [link to refund policy if applicable].
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
3. User Accounts (If Enabled in the Future)
If we introduce user accounts, you are responsible for:

8. Billing & Payments
• Clients will be invoiced periodically for services rendered. Payment is due upon receipt of each invoice.
• Any amounts not paid within thirty (30) days of the invoice date shall accrue interest at the rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month (eighteen percent [18%] per year), or the maximum permitted by Minnesota law, whichever is less, until paid in full.
• Payment by ACH is the default method of payment.
• Payment by credit card is available only upon request. A 3% processing fee will be added to the invoiced amount, and the invoice must be adjusted by EAST Hockey Group before payment is made. Please contact us directly if you wish to pay by credit card.
• Clients are also responsible for any reasonable costs of collection incurred by EAST Hockey Group in connection with unpaid invoices.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
