REFUND POLICY

Read Carefully. This Agreement is legally binding and includes a release of certain legal rights.

At EAST Hockey Group, all sales are final. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Refunds for Training Sessions & Services
• No Refunds or Credits: All fees for EAST Hockey Group training sessions, including group training and other services, are non-refundable and non-transferable, except at the sole discretion of EAST Hockey Group.
• Missed Sessions: Failure to attend a registered session does not exempt the purchaser from payment, and no refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions.
2. Refunds for Products
• Returns & Exchanges: Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: Digital products, downloadable content, and custom-made goods are non-refundable.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
3. Processing Refunds
• Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• If a refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider.
